My dog is a rescue so is a little timid and this was her first experience with a groomer. Andrea was very sympathetic and professional and the whole thing was relaxing and enjoyable for her.

Andrea is lovely and made me and the dog feel very welcome. Sylvie, my dog, is giddy and skittish but she put her at ease and made my dog feel soft, smell fresh and the smell is still there, even after walks in the rain and mud!

I changed groomers because my last one was not doing a good job, and my dog is well behaved and compliant. She did a really good job with my dog, and researched on her coat type so she could do a good job and she did a great job.
